Since there is such a difference between labs and St. B's, our vet said Maria could be anywhere from 50-150 lbs. Luckily at two years old, she's plateaued at 85 lbs. or so. As far as drool, we were prepared for it, but she only really drools when she's mouthwatering for a treat or smells something yummy we're eating for dinner. Since her jowls are larger than a labs, the only problem we've had is water continuing to drain from her mouth after she's finished at her water bowl. Hope all is going well with Bear!
